Prologue – The First Steps of Bonding.

Finally, the class period has ended. Mizuki packed her things on top of her table and place them inside her drawer. Since she is staying at the ArCiel Academy’s dorm, she doesn’t need to pack her things inside her back unlike some students in her class who are not staying at the dorms. When her table is empty and clean, she laid her ankle on the table and stared at the blackboard for a while, thinking of what kind of club she should chose.
There
are many types of club she could join. If she wanted to have peaceful school
days like most of the students, she could join the Literature Club, Photography
Club, Manga Club, Music Club and others. However, this school has a specialty
about the clubs. There are also clubs that can only be entered by ‘special
students’. The students can join Al-Chemist, Blacksmith, Magic and Battle
Clubs. Well, yeah this academy has many different and ‘weird’ students but
thanks to the principal; Lee Kai Zhen, there are no problem at all with normal
students associate with abnormal students. Everyone is treated the same. That’s
why this school is very famous around the worlds and dimensions yet, a
Legendary Academy that only can be found if there’s an invitation letter from
ArCiel Academy. Of course, Nanajima Mizuki is one of the students who get an
invitation from the academy.
Anyway,
back to the story; Mizuki has made up a decision on which club she’s going to
join. A smile curved at her lips when she thinks back what her decision is.
Then, Mizuki stood up from her class chair, heading to the M_3-F class’s exit.
Step
by step, the blue haired female student reached in front of a door that have
mysterious aura around it. Rumours said that if you join this club, you are
putting your life on the line and students need to think twice about joining
this club. Students can back away after joining the club but they can destroy
their prides when the quitting the club. Quitting the club is a cowardly act,
though you will be safer if not joining this club. The club called The
Returners.
Returners
are a group of students who have special battle and magic abilities. The club
aims are protecting the academy and battle against the Shadows. What is Shadow?
Shadow is an unknown creature that lurks from the darkness. They always seeks
to destroy the academy and also, turning the Ar Dream Ciel from a peaceful
world into a despair world. Who knows? Maybe after talking this place, they
will concurred other worlds because this world is the only world that mysteriously
connected to the Shadow’s world and this Ar Dream Ciel is connected to all the
worlds and dimensions. The Shadows can easily wonders around the stars if they,
concurred this place. That’s the reason why the principal approved on the
existence of the Returner Club and the reason for joining this club is for
protecting this academy from harm. Mizuki has stayed in this academy since she
is in <Middle-side 1st year> and really loves this place. She
will protect this beautiful world with her abilities that running in her blood.
With
full of confidents, Mizuki opened the door or the Returners Club and with a
smile in lips and her blue eyes sparkling, she speak up. “I’m Nanajima Mizuki.
Will be joining this Club!”
When
the students heard what the female student just said, they chattered with their
friends about the girl. While that, only one student who shows less interest to
the female student. He just looked at the girl with his golden orbs and placed
his eyes away from her unknowing that there’s something interesting going to
happen between them.
Not
only that. In an unknown place, the sound of the chains can be heard in a dark
room. A pair of crimson orbs turned to the blue sky emotionlessly, knowing that
something going to change in his life soon enough.
