Reverie the Maiden of Sky
Inside the Coelum Castle, a young princess who is known as the Holy Maiden of Sky is kneeling on the floor. Slowly, the wind blew through her white clothes as she placed her hands on her chest, praying deeply for the peoples of Coelum to gain victory against a war with the demons. “O’ Mighty god. We begged for your forgiveness. Please, hear our wish. Help us vanish the demons and brings us tears of joy that been crafting for years now…”
“Princess… I’m sorry for I cannot enter the battle field along with our comrades…” a knight with bandaged left eye bowed down on his knee and his faced down, feeling ashamed of his powerless because of his fresh wounded eye.
The young maiden stopped praying instantly and revealed her aqua orbs, gazing at her royal and charming knight. A soft smile appeared at her lips as she flees closer to him, letting her long and soft teal hair touched the dark-blue knight. “It’s alright my love. I’m sure he able to win this. He is the best and you know it better than anyone else.” She utters calmly.

“THIS IS MADNESS! INSANE! THE DEMON IS TOO POWERFUL!”
“We cannot afford to sacrifice our only Maiden of Sun as WELL!”
“Please… Calm down…”
“THE DEMON CAN NEVER BEEN DEFEATED! LET US JUST GIVE WHATEVER HE WISHES TO!”
“NO WAY!” a young boy suddenly shouted out loud right after he entered the castle’s entrance door with a silver hair by his side, giving support if needed. “This is our land! Why must we give our land to that DAMN DEMON?!” the boy said angrily.
“Quiet. Though both of you are the strongest young knights in Coelum, it cannot change the fact that both of you are just boys.” A voice retorted.
“He is right…” a calm voice speaks up. Everyone in the castle sealed their mouth and turned to the voice owner. When the figures who voice it’s, they all kneeled down as a sign of respect to the princess or queen of Coelum Land. “He is right but that does not meant we should give our precious land to the demons.” The Maiden of Wind said as she steps down to the hall along with her bandaged dark-blue knight.
“Princess Reverie…”
The princess smiled softly and calls out both of the young and brave knight to face her. Both of the blond and silver knights followed her order willingly without any rejections. “Kal and Valuer. I want to thank you for coming here. As the two of you know, you are younger than myself and Fonce but both of you have a great strength in battles. We wished that the two of you able to continue lending your strength to win against this war. Please help us to save our country.” She bowed her head.
“Don’t worry, Princess Reverie. Coelum is our birth place and we do our best to protect it when if tis against your wishes, right Valuer?” the blond knight said with his hands at the back of his head while the silver knight just nodded emotionlessly. “Annnd you are being too formal, Reverie~”
Out of blue, Fonce knocked Kal’s head and yelled, “Where are your manners, Kal!”
Seeing the two friends still able to fight with each other even when their land in crisis, Reverie could not help but to smile and giggled lightly. “Tis alright, Fonce. He is our Kal after all.” She smiled before turning to her peoples. “As all of you can see, our knights are just young boys. That is the reason why I also need your best support to save this land. Will you help us?” the princess bowed again.
“Heads up, Princess Reverie.”
“Tis our beloved land after all!”
“We will follow you till the end, princess!”
Hearing and watching her people’s action making Reverie, Fonce and Kal smiled toward each other. They will win this war if all of them work together.
“WE OBJECTED!” a voice rejected and speak the opposite of the crown, making the hall turns quiet again, eyeing on the peoples who objected the princess. “I am truly sorry, Princess Reverie for we cannot afford to lose the only heir of Maiden of Sun though you also the only Maiden of Sky since the King and Queen died, the same as Maiden of Sun’s parents. We-” the person stopped speaking immediately when Reverie laid her finger to her own lips.
“Tis alright, Chief of Stella. We fully understand and I also wished Ardeur to be in safe place as well. So, escape while the demons still did not reach our final defence.” The princess uttered with the same calm expression along with a warm smile. “I also want to thank you for giving us support when we needed.” She said and bowed a little. “Please, escape while you still can…”
“No! I don’t want to leave!” a young girl yelled in tears, hugging the Maiden of Sky when she reached her. “I-I *sob* want to be with Princess.” cried the ember haired girl.
“Ardeur …” Reverie whispered the name of Maiden of Sun and replied the hugs with her arms around Clair. “It’s alright, Clair. We will meet again, someday when the war is over. Then we can make a lot of flower crowns together with Fonce and Kal too!”
“Huh?” Fonce shocked when his name is mentioned to help making flower crowns which he is really bad in it while Kal just smile to Ardeur.
“B-but…”
“Don’t worry, my dear Ardeur!” Kal said as small cute flower popped out from his hand and showed it to Ardeur. “We will meet again someday! And if you are still hesitating…” the blond knight stopped talking as he grabbed Fonce and Reverie’s arms to form a circle group of four peoples. “Let’s make a promise!” he said cheerfully and shows his pinky finger to the young ember haired girl.
“Childish…” Fonce mumbled and chuckled lightly in the same time while Reverie just giggled happily.
After that, the four of them, pinky swears together and hoped that someday, they will surely meet again in the future. All the peoples inside the castle cheered happily for them ---another reason for they must win this war. Without noticing, there is one certain silver haired boy turning his amethyst orbs away from the bright scene of the four best and childhood friends. His chest feels really hurt and envied them very much that he wished he was also a part of the oath. However, being an emotionless person, he decided to ignore his simply desires and try to focus on the battle ahead for everyone rely on him very much as the strongest knight in Coelum Land.
“Now, let us win for the love of Coelum Land!”
“FOR THE LOVE OF COELUM LAND!”
